DELIVERY INFORMATION
You are required to read and understand the Delivery Policy as they are part of the Terms of Use of Yellow Markets. As you purchase items on Yellow Markets those items may be from one or several merchants, and each merchant may use different delivery services and apply different delivery policies.
On this page, we will explain a few reasons why there might be delays with your delivery.

Here are some troubleshooting techniques, if your order has not arrived yet:
- Check your delivery confirmation to see the expected delivery date.
- Check your delivery confirmation to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
- If your order is handled by a delivery service that uses tracking, check your delivery email, click the link to our tracking portal, enter the tracking number/order number to check the delivery status.
- If delivery service is provided by the Merchant, check if they use tracking, check your delivery email. If tracking is provided click the link, enter the tracking number/order number to check the delivery status.
If the expected delivery date for your order has passed and you still have not received your goods, please contact the merchant and let them know.
Good advice:
We recommend that you check with your neighbour or your local delivery office before contacting the merchant. In some countries, once the package has reached your country, there might be custom regulation and fees to address. Your package might also be transferred to the local post office, where you may need to pick it up.
To contact the merchant, you must be logged into your Yellow Markets account and from the Help Desk section, raise a ticket on your order/item with subject "Delivery" to send a message directly to the merchant. We expect our merchants to respond to you within 48 hours.
What If I Have Not Received A Delivery Confirmation?
It is possible that your order has not been shipped yet. If you have not received a tracking number, or the expected delivery date in your delivery confirmation has been missed, please use Help Desk to contact the merchant and find out the status of your delivery.
If you have not received any emails from Yellow Markets after payment, it is possible that you have entered an incorrect email address by mistake. Use our interactive Chat function, for guidance to address your concerns.
What If I Entered An Incorrect Or Incomplete Delivery Address When Ordering?
A complete and correct address is essential for successful delivery. An incomplete or incorrect address causes problems like significant delays, the package being returned to the sender (Merchant), or the package being considered lost. Please send a message to the merchant as soon as possible via your Yellow Markets account/ Help Desk with the correct details to see if they can rectify the error with the delivery company.
In this case, and if the merchant would like to resend your items to the correct address, you will have to bear the costs, or you could pick up the items from the merchant if and when possible.
Unfortunately, Yellow Markets and Merchant cannot accept responsibility for a lost package if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and you will not be compensated in this case.
If the address you provided is correct, even if it is not your address: The package may be delivered to that address and it is your responsibility to obtain the items delivered to that address.
If a merchant is unwilling to resend the goods at your expense, they should refund the cost of the goods but not the delivery cost.
