We aim to make our marketplace seamless to use and navigate for both online shoppers and our merchants. Having said that, we understand that there can be multiple challenges whether you are a first time user navigating the processes, or a situation arises where you need assistance for which we have Support Tickets and Chat for registered users (shoppers and merchants) and Contact form for general users, all to provide assistance and information.
There might also be more complex, technical difficulties or communication issues between shopper and merchants. In such situations, we recommend shoppers first to submit enquiry directly to merchants or raise a ticket on their order. In situations where our assistance is required to resolve an issue, we also have a process for this.
Our customer service representatives are available to assist you with various queries and requirements - whether it is finding the right product, understanding the ordering process, setting up new products on an eShop or addressing any other questions and concerns.

Support Tickets
For more direct assistance, you can raise tickets from the Help Desk that is directed to Yellow Markets customer support team. You can also raise a ticket related to an order and specific item that is directed to the merchant.
Moreover, enquiry to the merchant from an item published from the eshop will also be channelled through the ticket process, making the help desk the absolute best support tool.
