DELIVERY POLICY
At Yellow Markets, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience to our shoppers. You are required to read the general delivery policies below.
At the time of purchase, you will be advised if the item is to be picked up from the merchant´s address or if the item is being delivered. Note that merchants have a variety of delivery options ranging from their own merchant delivery services to third-party delivery services, which are explained below. It is also important to note that the delivery charges may apply to the purchase, and when multiple items are ordered from multiple merchants there may be different delivery services and charges.
Own Delivery Service
Where a merchant provides their own delivery service, they are responsible for stipulating their own conditions for delivery including delivery time and any cost that may apply. These conditions and information is outlined within their Delivery Policies published on their eShop.
Merchants may provide the delivery service free of charge, or at a fee to the shopper. At time of purchase it will be displayed on the order page.
Merchant may provide a tracking number. In such a case, the tracking number will be communicated through Yellow Markets’ email.
In case that delivery service is provided at a fee; Shoppers will be charged at the time of payment processing. Prior to payment processing; Shopper have the option, if available, to select “Self Pick Up” at the Merchant location. Or remove item(s) if the Shopper does not want to pick up or pay for delivery service.
Yellow Markets Delivery Service
The Yellow Markets´ delivery services will deliver your orders on behalf of the Merchant. The usual delivery time is within three bank days. Same day delivery may be available at an additional cost.
A tracking number will be communicated to Shopper through the Yellow Markets’ email.
In case that delivery service is provided at a fee; Shoppers will be charged at the time of payment processing. Prior to payment processing; Shopper have the option, if available, to select “Self Pick Up” at the Merchant location. Or remove item(s) if the Shopper does not want to pick up or pay for delivery service.
Yellow Markets´General Delivery Policies
- Yellow Markets aims to deliver each order item(S) within 2 - 3 bank days of purchase, however, may be subject to Merchants’ conditions.
- Where a delivery cost applies; this will be determined by the total number of items´ weight and size fitting in the different delivery boxes.
- Where a delivery cost applies; the cost will be stipulated during the order process and again on the invoice and paid along with the item(s) purchased.
- Multiple items purchased from the multiple Merchants may be delivered within the same delivery box size/weight to keep delivery cost to a minimum and to reduce carbon footprint.
- Where Shoppers purchase from multiple Merchants, and delivery is provided through Yellow Markets; delivery time may defer to the Merchants´respective processing conditions, and point 4.
- Where item(s) size/weight exceed the small delivery box, the next size/weight package (big delivery box) will apply.
- For each order the Shoppers will be able to check their status via a delivery tracking link.
- All orders will be delivered with a signature confirmation from the shopper.
- Yellow Markets is not responsible for any delivery delays due to adverse weather, natural disasters, inefficiencies, errors and / or mishaps from the delivery service provider / merchant or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shoppers are recommended to take photos of the package that looks damaged, as photographic evidence, before unpacking. If an item looks damaged while unpacking Shoppers are again recommended to take photos. If an item is damaged after unpacking, Shoppers can raise a ticket directly with the merchant through the order/item within the Help Desk section. Kindly refer to the merchant´s “Return Policy” and “Refund Policy”.
- All orders are subject to availability. Yellow Markets cannot guarantee that all products will be available for delivery.
- Yellow Markets is not responsible for any losses resulting from failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete addresses. We recommend Shopper review and confirm the accuracy of delivery addresses provided during checkout.
- In the event of an issue between the Shopper and a specific order’s item; Shopper can raise an inquiry through the specific order’s item towards the Merchant.
- In the event of a disagreement between the Shopper and Merchant; Shopper can raise a resolution ticket towards Yellow Markets. Yellow Markets support team will then assist in the resolution process.
General Concerns
For any issues concerning the delivery of your order, we encourage you to contact both the relevant Merchant and delivery services provider if contact details have been shared on order confirmation. If these parties fail to respond or provide an appropriate solution, please contact us through the Helpdesk and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
