GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Shoppers generally have the right to compensation if they receive goods that are either faulty or not as described. They have the option of returning the item, asking for a replacement, a refund, or a repair within 14 days. At Yellow Markets we have conditions the same for Merchants that have special or more favourable conditions published on their eShop on Yellow Markets. If you want to return the item(s) it has to be in its/their original condition and in it/there original packaging and with proof of purchase. If a product that is not in its original condition and packaging is returned, no refund can be issued.
Important to note
There might be special circumstances where general policies do not apply, which change the right to return products purchased on this website/marketplace.It is the responsibility of the individual Merchant themself to communicate this clearly to the Shopper.
- It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the return policy of the individual merchant.
- Each individual merchant may offer different return policies that are found on their eShop. If you are in doubt, please contact the merchant directly for further clarification.
- All return requests will be reviewed and processed by the individual merchants themselves.
- If a product arrives damaged or not as described, you may contact the individual merchant immediately by raising an enquiry from your account/help desk section, including your own photographic evidence.
- Refunds and exchanges may be available depending on the products and/or merchant policies.
- If you are not satisfied with the purchase and have not received a replacement or a refund from the merchant, please raise a ticket for resolution support with Yellow Markets. Kindly refer to the Refund and Replacements page before you contact us.
- The individual merchants must ensure that the product is undamaged and in its original condition before issuing a refund or exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges are applicable only if you provide the proof of purchase.
- In case of a lost delivery, the shopper should contact the individual merchant directly.
- Note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- Requests for refunds, replacements or exchanges will only be accepted under the guidance of the individual merchant.
- If the merchant asks you to return the product, please ensure that you pack and ship the product safely and securely.
- The Merchant will be solely responsible for any return delivery cost that englobes either only picking back the item from Shopper OR picking back and returning the proper item to the Shopper.
- The individual merchants reserve the right to reject a return request, if deemed necessary.
- All return request should be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. This Return Policy is subject to change at any time and is only applicable to purchases made on this website/marketplace.
- Questions about returns for specific merchants should be directed to the merchants themselves. If you have any other inquiries, please contact us at our helpdesk.
- Where the individual Merchant has taken a decision not to refund or replace, and resolution request did not have the decided outcome; the Shopper can take legal actions towards the Merchant.
